Since our inception, the Daveno brand has been focused on providing exceptional value to its clients. 

Daveno Group started and remains focused on providing target business support for companies looking to outsource special projects, temporarily increase team capacity, and seeking advisory services. This will remain our purpose as we love to work with great teams to ensure our clients meet their goals.

The company has also began taking on its own in-house venture development opportunities.

I founded a sole proprietorship to take on a contract opportunity to help a start-up deliver a data migration on time for their client. 

I have demonstrated success in working with early stage ventures to form strategies on product market fit, commercialization, and in many cases leading early sales efforts to take the company from zero to over $500K in revenue. I have also provided advisory services during equity raises leading to over $1MM in seed funding raised.

My professional career started working in industrial automation focused on control systems design in the oil & gas sector before moving over to the clean energy industry. Over the course of my career, I have led project and product development programs with budgets up to $20MM across several industries in both technical and business leadership roles to ensure project success. I have encountered failures along the way - some requiring adjustments to current execution plans prior to successful delivery and in a few cases requiring salvage or abandonment efforts when businesses or projects prove to be profitably unviable. Fortunately, the number of successes outnumber the failures.

When I am not working, I am typically at a music event watching my talented partner Taylor-Rae captivate the audience with her amazing performances and showcasing her industry admired voice. Check her out!

I hold a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Calgary.
